Hi! I’m Jesse.
If you asked me what I do for a living, I’d tell you I’m a photographer. And while that’s true, it’s only part of the story. I dedicated a website to this one aspect of my identity, imitating my photography heroes until I realized I had my own story to tell—one that involves a lot more than just taking pictures. This website is a look at what happens when I stop trying to be 'just' one thing. It’s a collection of my work, my curiosities, and everything in between.
I was setting up the camera for a family photo when my next door neighbor asked me if this was, in fact, what I was doing. I turned my head to confirm. Unfortunately, this test shot was all I got from it. We never took the photo.
